Difference between Osteoblast and Osteoclast

Difference between Osteoblast and Osteoclast, provides the clear information regarding both bone formation and bone resorption. Osteoblasts are main type of bone cells and also called  as lining cells). They regulate passage of calcium in and out of the bone, and they express special type of proteins on their membrane by responding to various hormones. These specialized proteins activate another type of cells called osteoclasts. While, other type of cells, Osteocytes also present in the bone. They also come from osteoblasts. Hence, Osteoblasts represented as major bone cells. In this article the major difference between osteoblast and osteoclast has been described.
